Sterile Pros provides biohazard, trauma, crime-scene, blood cleanup, unattended-death cleanup, infectious-material cleanup, odor remediation, vehicle cleanup, industrial-accident cleanup, and related remediation services.

This website is not an emergency-response service. If there is an immediate threat to life, health, safety, fire, crime in progress, medical emergency, or hazardous-material emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency authority first.

Submitting a website form, sending an email, or leaving a voicemail does not guarantee immediate response, dispatch, availability, or service acceptance.

Sterile Pros provides services subject to crew availability, geographic coverage, site conditions, safety conditions, applicable laws, required authorizations, weather, access, materials, third-party dependencies, and other operational factors.

Statements about response times, availability, service areas, insurance assistance, remediation methods, regulatory compliance, or outcomes are general descriptions and are not guarantees. Services may not be available in every location or under every circumstance.

Sterile Pros’ website states that it provides 24/7 emergency-response availability and serves areas including Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas; actual availability and dispatch timing depend on the specific request and operational conditions.

Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate, quote, price range, scope description, or timing information provided through the website, by phone, email, text, or other preliminary communication is non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed written agreement.

Final pricing may depend on site inspection, contamination extent, materials affected, demolition or removal requirements, disposal requirements, access conditions, personal protective equipment, equipment needs, labor, travel, after-hours response, testing, reconstruction, insurance requirements, and other project-specific factors.

Insurance Coordination

Sterile Pros may assist clients with insurance documentation and communicate with insurance representatives when authorized. We do not guarantee insurance coverage, claim approval, payment amount, payment timing, deductible treatment, policy interpretation, or reimbursement.

Clients remain responsible for understanding their insurance policy and for any amounts not covered by insurance, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Client Responsibilities

If you request services, you represent that you have the authority to request an estimate, authorize access, approve work, or act on behalf of the property owner, responsible party, insurer, estate, business, or other authorized entity.

You agree to provide accurate information and promptly disclose known hazards, access restrictions, incident details relevant to crew safety, ownership issues, insurance requirements, and site conditions.

You must not interfere with a crime scene, emergency response, medical response, law-enforcement investigation, or governmental investigation. Sterile Pros may decline, pause, or stop work when required authorization has not been obtained, an investigation is ongoing, conditions are unsafe, or applicable law requires delay.

Sensitive Content and Confidentiality

Sterile Pros recognizes that incidents involving trauma, crime scenes, biohazards, illness, death, or property contamination are sensitive. We will handle client information and project records in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You agree not to submit through the website any information that is unnecessary for an initial request, unlawful to disclose, malicious code, infringing material, or content that violates another person’s privacy or rights.

Website Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
